Yankı Maslak

Yankı Maslak opened in 2019 and, with 450 seats, is the largest in the chain. In the Maslak corridor where technology companies, banks and venture capital funds cluster, it occupies a 6-floor building with each floor given a different working character.

Floor layout

• Ground and 1st floor: reception, café, event hall (250 guests)
• 2nd-3rd floor: quiet shared workspace and phone booths
• 4th-5th floor: 64 private offices, from 2 to 40 people
• 6th floor: boardrooms, podcast and video studio

Infrastructure

Redundant fibre from two operators, in-building UPS and generator backup keep work uninterrupted. 24/7 access, covered parking, showers and bicycle parking are available. The İTÜ-Ayazağa metro station is within walking distance.

At the monthly "Demo Thursday" member start-ups present their products to investors.

Who chooses it?

Growing software teams, fintech start-ups and Turkish offices of overseas companies work at Maslak. A private office for a 40-person team can be set up on a single floor.
